CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW POLICY
We recognize that your travel plans may change. Supreme has a simple cancellation policy regardless
of how your reservation was made. Contact Supreme at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled
pickup time and Supreme will provide a full refund. Refunds normally appear on your credit card statement
within 3 to 5 business days.
Unfortunately, Supreme cannot refund payment if the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before
the scheduled pickup time, or in the event of a passenger no-show.
At Supreme, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide to secure your reservation with us.
At some point in the future, we may use the information we collect to notify you about Website enhancements,
new services, and special offers. If we do, you will have opportunity and ability to unsubscribe from this mailing list.
Supreme Airport Shuttle does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Supreme Airport Shuttle may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to
reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
Supreme Shuttle may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to:
(i) comply with law.
(ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements.
(iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Supreme Shuttle, our customers, or others.
